Pork Tenderloin

This week's recipe is for pork tenderloin. I shared a similar one in the past (click here) and this one is equally good. You might want to give it a try!


Pork Tenderloin Marinade
a few shakes of garlic powder
2 T basil
1 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup red wine vinegar

Place in a Ziploc bag and add 2 pork tenderloins. Allow to marinate for 3-4 hours in the refrigerator before baking in a 350 degree oven.
