I was ready for a summertime look in the lantern, so I used faux blossoms and dragonflies.
Have you seen these cute little stings of lights at the dollar stores? I actually purchased mine last year, but I did see something similar earlier in the season. I am not certain if they still carry them, or not. I camouflaged the battery pack in the base of the lantern so that I can switch-on the cute little dragonflies when I want them to glow.
Even though it's daytime, the little dragonflies are showing well because it's gray and raining...again. We have had our share of showers and storms. Stay dry and enjoy the remainder of your day!
