Happy Flag Day! Although not a Federal holiday, it's observed each year on June 14th. It was first established on this date in 1916 by Woodrow Wilson and since it's intended to honor the American flag and its traditions, that's the focus of today's table.
Betsy is our centerpiece. Even though we realize that Betsy Ross may not have truly been the creator of the first flag, we're still using her!
