It's a campanula plant and it was a surprise from my sister last week. I love its mix of royal and pale purple blossoms! I will eventually plant it outdoors, but for now it's adding pizazz to our kitchen. Campanulas are actually perennials that thrive in partial to full sun and perform well in zones 3-10.
I had the crocheted doily in a linen draw. It was made by my great-grandma years ago and seemed to match my centerpiece. I pulled out my green glass plates (a yard sale find) and green glasses (Old Time Pottery).
