It's finally March and I had aspirations of packing away winter décor and giving things an "early spring" feel. However, I don't feel too motivated due to our bitter cold temperatures, mostly gray days and snow. I did decide to decorate the dining room hutch with a bit of a seasonal change. I tucked away the cardinals and snowflakes and pulled out some vintage china which belonged to my maternal grandma.
The mostly green pattern made me think springtime and I coupled it with a book of Irish blessings for approaching St. Patrick's Day.
It's a small start to switching over decorations. It's too early for Easter things, but a little spring should be welcome. I need to tackle my mantel next!
I hope you're having a wonderful day!
