Mushroom Dip

A friend of mine served this dip at a gathering and we all loved it! If you're a mushroom fan, I think you'll enjoy it.

Mushroom Dip
1 cup mayo
1 cup sour cream
2- eight ounce cans of mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1 package Italian dressing dry mix

Combine ingredients and bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until top is golden and bubbly.


Serve with your favorite cracker, but I have to tell you about my newest discovery. I recently bought some when they were on sale and they're wonderful!
