Banana Ring Slaw

This is an old recipe, which I had sort of forgotten about until recently. Since we enjoy it, I thought I would share with you! It goes together very easily, which is a bonus. 😉


Banana Pepper Slaw
3 cups slaw (I used 3 cups from a bag of classic coleslaw)
1/2 cup dill pickle relish
1/2 cup banana pepper rings (mild; I snipped my rings into smaller pieces)
scant 1/2 cup mayonnaise (add gradually until you get the desired consistency)
Blend, cover and refrigerate. You can add fresh ground pepper to the top of each serving, if you'd like.
